We are a research and innovation consultancy which uses behavioral insights and advanced data analytics to improve policy outcomes and people’s lives.

Our Services

Diagnose

We use a range of strategies to turn complex challenges into solvable problems. We can pinpoint where behavioural insights can have the biggest impact and guide you toward promising solutions.

Measure

We measure what actually works using experimental & quasi-experimental methods. Our analysis tells you not just whether a policy works, but how - accounting for positive and negative spillovers.

Design

We create interventions grounded in rigorous research, combining behavioral economics with co-design methods to develop policy solutions that work for each context.

Evaluate

We evaluate policies and their heterogeneous effects. We identify what works best, for whom, and under what conditions—enabling evidence-based optimization of interventions and scaling-up

Behavioural Insights for Policy

Behavioural Insights for Policy (BiP) aims to expand the global reach of behavioural public policy by fostering its application worldwide. Although behavioural science and public policy has matured into an established subfield — particularly in the UK, Northwestern Europe, and the US — it remains underutilised in many other parts of the world. BiP aims to (1) promote the proliferation and uptake of behavioural public policy insights in governments that still rely primarily on traditional policy approaches, and (2) diversify behavioural science applications in public policy, making them more inclusive and adaptive by supporting their adoption at national and local government levels.
